33dk operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in accordance with its obligations to maintain a safe and responsible platform. You may be required to complete identity verification at any stage, including but not limited to: before processing a withdrawal, when a specified deposit threshold is reached, or when account activity triggers a review.

All of the following conditions must be satisfied before a withdrawal will be processed:

• Your account must have passed full KYC verification (see Section 4).
• Any active bonus wagering requirements attached to your balance must have been fully met.
• The withdrawal amount must not exceed the available withdrawable balance displayed in your account.
• No active fraud investigation or account review is pending on your account.

You must not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, transmit, modify, create derivative works from, or in any way exploit any content from the 33dk platform without express prior written consent from 33dk. These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. 33dk operates as a platform targeting the Bangladesh market and all transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka.

In the event of any dispute between you and 33dk that cannot be resolved informally through customer support, both parties agree to attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation before pursuing any formal legal remedy. The existence of any dispute does not entitle you to withhold payment of any amounts due to 33dk or to make unilateral account adjustments.

33dk makes no representation that the platform or its services are appropriate for use in any jurisdiction other than Bangladesh. Players who choose to access the platform from outside Bangladesh do so at their own risk and are solely responsible for compliance with local laws.
